Casey Haddox

Casey Haddox is an established government affairs professional who draws on her expertise and knowledge to advocate for public policies in a variety of areas across New Jersey government and politics.

Prior to joining GTB Partners, Casey served as the Health Policy and Advocacy Manager at Virtua Health. In this role, Casey supported the development of health policy, communications and advocacy strategies to advance Virtua Health’s strategic priorities. She worked extensively to elevate Virtua’s thought leadership and negotiate complex health policy issues to address barriers to maternal and behavioral health care and expand New Jersey’s Hospital at Home program to medicaid and commercial payers.

Casey previously worked at Hoboken Strategy Group, a boutique government relations and business development firm in New Jersey. In this role, she paired her experience in advocacy with her deep knowledge in public relations to engineer winning solutions and guide multi-industry clients alike through the complexities of government and politics. Notably, she is most proud of her efforts to sign the New Jersey Domestic Workers Bill of Rights into law, which protected the basic rights of about 50,000 domestic workers across the Garden State.

From 2019 to 2021, Casey worked at Planned Parenthood Action Fund of New Jersey, where she effectively mobilized statewide young adult volunteer movements to advocate for legislative initiatives that increased family planning funding and resources for New Jerseyans. She was also a former legislative aide in the 38th Legislative District Office.

Casey earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. She is a Board Member of Pam’s List, a New Jersey fundraising network for democratic women legislators and local elected officials. In 2023, she was recognized on Assemblywoman Shavonda Sumter’s “Women’s Power List.”
